Extremely disappointing experience with agent Heather Lee
I recently visited one of the properties listed by this agency, and unfortunately, my experience was very negative. The agent who showed us the property, Heather Lee, was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. She was dismissive, refused to answer reasonable questions, and created an uncomfortable atmosphere throughout the visit.
What was most disturbing was her condescending attitude, which gave the impression that she didn’t consider us worthy of her time or respect. Her behaviour came across as discriminatory, and I genuinely felt that she should not be in a public-facing role.
I strongly urge the management to address this matter seriously, as people like her damage the reputation of the business and make the property search process unnecessarily stressful for potential tenants or buyers.

Renting from Klover for almost 4 years was okay but communication was often poor very difficult to get any maintenance work done, however they ask us as tenants to perform work on cleaning the likes of air conditioning units etc which are not required by tenants 😢. emergency work required a visit from the company owner before approval.
Weekend work was impossible to get done.
